Please be advised that Stone Mountain Park typically experiences large crowds on the Fourth of July so be sure to come out early to enjoy the park. Park attractions will open at 10:30am on July 3-4 and the Lasershow Spectacular in Mountainvision, will start at 9:30pm. Be aware that on July 4th the Park may close the gates early once parking capacity is reached. Please note that smoking is only permitted in lower lawn designated smoking areas that are below the train tracks. All other areas on the laser lawn are restricted. Please also note, that for safety reasons, no pedestrian traffic will be allowed to enter the Park through the main entrance on Highway 78.
Vehicle entry to the park is $10.00 for a one day permit or $35 for an annual permit. Note that there will be no free Park re-entry allowed. Guests who leave the Park on July 4th and then wish to return will have to re-pay the $10.00 Park entry fee.

*On July 3-4, please note that only the East and West gates will be open and that only vehicle traffic will be allowed through the East Gate (which is the main gate entrance off of Hwy. 78). Please be aware that the Park may close gates to traffic once parking capacity is reached.
